Reported cases include P v Q  EWHC 1688 (Comm) (challenge to an arbitration award on the basis of serious irregularity); Lungowe v Vedanta  UKSC 20 (Supreme Court jurisdiction appeal concerning tort claims against a parent company domiciled in the UK and a foreign subsidiary); Aquinas v Miller and others  EWHC 404 (QB) (an application for springboard relief following the alleged theft of confidential information); Darnley v Croydon NHS Services Trust  UKSC 50 (Supreme Court appeal regarding the scope of the duty of care owed in negligence by the defendant NHS Trust).
Instructed as Counsel to IICSA for the Lambeth investigation. Appointed to the Attorney General’s C panel of counsel in 2020.
