Career

Rumen started his career as a solicitor at Davis Polk & Wardwell (2014-2016) and Kirkland & Ellis (2016-2019). After pursuing an LLM at Columbia University in New York (2019-2020), he then joined 3 Verulam Buildings chambers in October 2020, from where he has been practicing since. Rumen is also a visiting lecturer of U.S. Constitutional Law at King’s College London.
