He acted for the claimants in Manning & Napier v Tesco plc, the shareholder claim arising from the supermarketās profit overstatements in its financial reporting. He is currently acting for one of the claimant groups in the Glencore plc litigation, where claims are brought arising from alleged misconduct in several jurisdictions in which Glencore operated; and for one of the claimant groups in the Entain plc litigation, where similar claims are brought arising from alleged bribery in Turkey.
