Roxana Fratila

Roxana Frățilă is Partner and Head of the Real Estate and Construction team of CMS Romania, with over 20 years’ experience advising international and domestic clients on real estate matters.

Her focus is on all areas of expertise in real estate, from logistics, retail, office and residential to real estate financing, and in recent years she has advised on large renewable energy projects.

She has advised on some of the most high-profile real estate transactions in Romania and multi-jurisdictional transactional matters over the course of her career, as well as assisting numerous high-profile occupiers to set up activity in Romania.

Roxana has been assisting major players on the market, such as Ahold Delhaize, L & C Properties (part of M Core), Iulius Group, DP World, Primark, CTP, AFI Europe, and Element Industrial, and led negotiations for multiple high credit US-based occupiers who leased more than 100,000 sqm of office premises in Bucharest, Iasi, Timisoara and Cluj.
