Career

Rose Leda Ehler is a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Ms. Ehler litigates high stakes disputes on behalf of a wide variety of clients in the tech and entertainment industries. She also serves as trusted counsel, advising on legal strategy, with a particular focus on protecting intellectual property and consumer tech.

In 2023, she was recognized as one of the Daily Journal's Top Intellectual Property Lawyers in California. She was named to Variety’s 2021 list of Hollywood’s New Leaders and one of the Daily Journal’s top 40 lawyers in California under 40. Ms. Ehler was named a 2020 Media & Entertainment MVP by Law360 the same year she was recognized as a Rising Star. She was profiled in Variety’s 2018 Legal Impact Report based on her work for the major studios. Her contributions to the studios’ winning litigation against VidAngel earned her a place on the National Law Journal’s list of Winning Litigators and a Daily Journal Top Verdict honor. She has also been recognized among The Recorder’s “Next Generation Women Leaders in Tech Law,” based on her work for Square, Inc. and other clients.
