Daniel B. Levin is Co-Managing Partner of Munger, Tolles & Olson, and a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on high-stakes crisis and complex litigation, white collar defense and investigations.

Clients call on Dan to represent them in their most challenging matters. A seasoned litigator, Dan has appeared in courts across the country and argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Before entering private practice, Dan served as an assistant U.S. attorney in Los Angeles, where he tried cases ranging from tax fraud to and firearm importation, and argued two dozen appeals. He is former deputy chief of criminal appeals in the U.S. attorney’s office.

In his free time, Dan enjoys practicing Pilates and spending time outdoors skiing and white-water kayaking.
