Practice Areas

One of Munger, Tolles & Olson’s two co-managing partners, Mr. Heinicke is regarded as one of the leading employment law attorneys in California. His practice focuses on employment and complex commercial litigation, and he has extensive trial, arbitration and appellate experience, particularly in class and collective actions and employee mobility matters.

Mr. Heinicke represents a wide variety of national and California clients on employment litigation cases, including Wells Fargo, Conduent, GardaWorld, Fidelity Investments, Pep Boys, Plains All American Energy Services, See’s Candies, Square, Yelp, and 99 Cents Only Stores. In these matters, he has helped them overcome their most challenging employment litigation, often obtaining precedent-setting victories that will shape the law for years to come.
