As an associate and key member of the Environmental practice group in Toronto, Robyn advises clients across sectors such as pulp and paper, mining and energy. Her work spans transactions involving due diligence, risk management, project permitting, compliance with federal and provincial legislation, species-at-risk issues, Indigenous consultation, regulatory investigations, environmental impact assessments and contaminated site remediations. Robyn has contributed to significant energy-related matters, including the purchase of Alberta's largest operating solar project, the potential acquisition of hydroelectric facilities across Canada and various wind projects in Ontario and British Columbia. She has also provided ongoing compliance advice for wind farms and supported financings for major solar and battery energy storage projects. Robyn has worked extensively with mining companies on public disclosures related to climate change and sustainability. She also supported the Government of Canada in a NAFTA arbitration hearing and serves as lead associate advising on major nuclear refurbishment and development projects in Ontario. Robyn is a member of the Ontario Bar Association Environmental Law Section Executive (2025-2026, 2026-2027), corporate secretary of AFC Toronto (a founding team in Canada's first women's professional soccer league), and formerly a director of the Rideau Valley Wildlife Sanctuary.
