Roberto Mas

Career

Roberto Mas has extensive experience advising clients on general corporate matters, upstream and downstream oil and gas matters, mergers and acquisitions, foreign currency exchange control regulations and real estate deals in Venezuela. He also advises Venezuelan private companies and high-net-worth individuals on corporate restructurings and tax planning matters. Roberto joined D’Empaire in 2012. He received his law degree from Andres Bello Catholic University in 2000 and completed studies in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms at UCAB in 2005.
