Alejandro Disilvestro advises multinationals and Venezuelan companies on labour and human resources law. Alejandro has negotiated several collective labour agreements and conflicts and other labour ADR proceedings. He also has extensive experience handling labour litigation. Alejandro became a partner at D’Empaire in 1991. He studied law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (JD, 1984), and received a master’s degree in procedural law from the same university (1989).
