Litigated bankruptcy Chapter 5 causes of action. He represents both assignees and assignors in Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors in state court assignments. He serves as a Mediator, mediating main case disputes as well as adversary suits in the Bankruptcy Courts in Delaware and Southern District of Florida. He received an award in 2017 for his representation in a significant Chapter 11 bankruptcy matter involving a large retail store chain.
