Rob is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Management Group, educated in Real Estate Dispute Resolution. He advises extensively in the Natural Resources and Energy sectors on a diverse range of disputes arising from renewable energy projects to management of distribution networks.
Rob has a niche experience in disputes relating to ownership of subterranean mineral rights where these have been severed from surface ownership. This topic has seen him successfully advise the defendant in proceedings before the Court of Appeal, which has set the modern authority for such matters.
He regularly advises institutional landlords and commercial tenants on the full range of landlord and tenant, real property, and insolvency matters.
