Robert has a thriving employment, public law and human rights practice, including appearing in the Supreme Court three times over the past 18 months. He regularly appears in complex discrimination, whistleblowing and human rights claims in the Employment Tribunal, EAT and Court of Appeal, and in judicial review claims in the High Court and Upper Tribunal.
Robert has been on the Attorney General’s A Panel of Counsel since 2015. In his role on the panel, Robert represents and advises an extensive range of Government Departments and Agencies. Robert also appears on behalf of Trade Unions and Trade Union funded clients, as well as NHS Trusts.
