Robert advises on all aspects of planning and development with a particular focus on complex urban regeneration and redevelopment schemes, primarily in London and the Southeast.
His work includes a broad range of clients, including public and private companies, investment funds, and established major residential and commercial developers.
Robert advises across the full development life-cycle, from pre-application through to implementation, and including environmental assessments, compulsory purchase, planning appeals, and judicial review.
He has additional specialist heritage expertise that supplements his wider planning work and is a contributing editor to the Butterworths Planning Law Service on listed buildings and conservation areas.
