Robert B Olin

Rob Olin is a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice. He represents issuers and underwriters in offerings of residential mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, including resecuritizations. He assists clients in pass-through and debt, on-balance-sheet and off-balance-sheet transactions, with a variety of structures and credit enhancement features, that are backed by prime, QM, non-QM, new origination, seasoned and reperforming residential mortgage loans. He also assists sellers and purchasers in connection with the sale, servicing and purchase of whole loan mortgages. In addition, Rob represents financial institutions in transactions relating to the issuance of securities backed by student loans and servicing rights, the purchase and sale of student loans and consumer loans, the securitization of litigation funding and medical receivables and transactions relating to the aggregation and financing of residential mortgage loans, student loans and consumer loans. Rob is also the head of the Capital Markets opinion committee.
