Rick Ross

Rick is a globally recognized hospitality leader and considered a dean of the industry with over four decades of experience advising owners, operators, investors, and lenders on the acquisition, development, financing and operation of hospitality/leisure properties worldwide, including hotels, resorts, hotels with serviced residences, clubs, restaurants, golf courses and complex mixed-use projects. He serves as the global chair of Dentons’ Hotels and Leisure practice and global co-chair of the firm’s Family Office and High Net Worth sector. Rick is a strategic advisor to leading organizations (private and public) in the hotel industry for projects across six continents. He advises clients as to structuring the capitalization of these projects; debt and equity (joint ventures). Rick is an industry leader as to management agreements and related project documents.
