He advises property developers, funders and occupiers on a range of construction contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and MF/1.
Richard has particular experience in the Education Transport and Data Centre sectors. He advises global corporate clients on their construction contracts across a number of sectors with particular experience in data centre development. In the Education sector, Richard advises universities and colleges on their estate developments.
