Rich is a Partner in our Litigation and Dispute Management practice group, specialising in managing complex corporate and commercial claims.

Rich handles a broad range of litigation and arbitration matters. He has extensive experience of helping clients manage disputes risks in major corporate transactions and regularly acts on post-transaction disputes, including warranty claims, completion account disputes and earn-out disputes. He also regularly works with clients on fraud related disputes both in the UK and on a cross-border basis.

His other areas of expertise include supply chain disputes, product defect disputes, outsourcing disputes and matters concerning the misuse of confidential information.

Rich is an accomplished practitioner of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Where litigation cannot be avoided, Rich has a wealth of expertise in the context of aggressively fought Court litigation and arbitration.

Rich has a particular focus on the industrial sector and has many years of experience working with industrial sector clients. He also has substantial experience in the energy and natural resources sector, acting for clients such as National Grid, Cadent Gas, and Severn Trent Water.
