Rebecca Sivitz

Rebecca Sivitz is a partner in Weil’s Employment Practice Group, based in Boston and New York. A trial lawyer, board counselor, and labor law expert, she represents clients across industries, particularly private equity, in the full scope of labor and employment-related engagements, including corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures), executive disputes, investigations, restructuring, and litigation. She also has expertise in labor-management relations, particularly in complex union matters, as well as restrictive covenants. Rebecca has successfully handled significant disputes involving wage-and-hour, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims in state and federal courts and before employment-focused administrative agencies, including multiple jury trials.
