Bo Pearl is a nationally recognized trial attorney with extensive experience in antitrust, First Amendment, intellectual property and entertainment matters. In every area of litigation practice, Bo regularly leads large trial teams in clients’ most important disputes.

Bo has led multiple nine-figure wins in the past several years. Among these, in 2024, Bo and his team won dismissal of two certified class monopolization class actions against Align Technology (makers of Invisalign) on the eve of trial in an important case involving the right of firms to interoperate with commercial partners of their choosing. Bo also was able to get seven real estate algorithmic price-fixing cases dismissed for zero dollars in settlement in 2023.
