Tom K. Ara is a partner in Weil’s Private Equity practice, based in Los Angeles, where he leads the Firm’s entertainment, sports and media practice. He advises private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and institutional investors on high-value M&A, corporate transactions, and complex commercial matters in entertainment, media, and sports. He also advises feature film studios, television networks, video game companies and digital media pioneers in complex corporate and high-stakes commercial transactions.
