Pravin Patel is counsel in Weil’s Miami Complex Commercial Litigation practice, with significant experience litigating a broad range of bet-the-company complex commercial disputes, including product liability, employment, antitrust, business torts, breach of contract, fraud, and environmental cases, among many others, in state and federal courts in Florida and around the country. These matters – which have established him as a go-to class action and commercial litigation specialist – have implicated billions in potential claims and significant product defect and other allegations. Some of his recent notable clients have included Goldman Sachs, Burger King, Repsol, PetroChina, Dometic, NBA All-Star Zion Williamson, and Catalina.
