Pravin Patel

Pravin Patel is a Partner in Weil’s Miami Office, where he leads the Complex Commercial Litigation practice. He is a go-to class action and commercial litigator, leading high-stakes cases that implicate billions in claims involving significant product defect, consumer fraud, and other complex allegations. He has significant experience litigating a broad range of other bet-the-company complex commercial disputes across a wide range of industries, including product liability, sports and entertainment, antitrust, business torts, breach of contract, fraud, bankruptcy, healthcare, and environmental cases, in state and federal courts in Florida and around the country. Some of his recent notable clients have included Repsol, Saks Fifth Avenue, Creative Artists Agency, Hilton, Goldman Sachs, Burger King, PetroChina Co. Ltd., Dometic Corporation, and Catalina Marketing Corp., along with NBA All-Star Zion Williamson and baseball superstar Shohei Ohtani.
