Career

Mr. Raúl Villavicencio has more than 15 years of professional experience. During this time Raúl has advised national and foreign companies in matters related, among others, to intellectual property, unfair competition and consumer protection, designing strategies in order to protect and safeguard the interests of his clients eihter in preliminary negotiation stages as well as in proceedings before the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property.

Raúl also has extensive knowledge in commercial and corporate law, where he advises a variety of companies.
