Career

Ariana Delgado has experience solving a broad spectrum of issues ranging from the simplest to the most complex, including trademark and patent applications, prosecution, IP litigation, filing of renewals, oppositions, cancellation, and nullity actions, as well as anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting actions on the IP arena.

Her legal advice also includes all kinds of IP issues arising in corporate transactions, like acquisitions of IP assets, licensing transactions, trademark coexistence agreements, and non-competition agreements, among others. She also has experience providing comprehensive and creative solutions for unfair competition, publicity and advertisement, and consumer protection matters to a wide range of national and foreign industries.
