Particular expertise includes contractual matters, banking and financial services, joint-venture and related shareholder claims, commercial fraud, enforcement, state immunity, commercial real estate and asset management, art and cultural property, negligence and insolvency. Rajesh leads teams in heavy trials, injunction proceedings and appeals over a variety of sectors. He is often ca led upon for strategic input in cases involving cross-border enforcement and multi-jurisdictional elements.

International disputes in court and arbitration have involved the BVI, HK and PRC, Paris, Delhi, the ADGM, DIFC and the SICC. Rajesh has advised and provided expert evidence on behalf of Russian, Ukraine, Indian, PRC, US and various European, African and Middle Eastern clients. He is ca led to the Bars of New York and the BVI and is also a registered foreign practitioner with the SICC in Singapore and the DIFC Court.
