This flagship deal marked the company’s entry into the East African market; advising IFAW in its creation a wildlife corridor. This project involved 1,620 landowners ceding their land rights for the creation of the corridor and advising the Overseas Private Investment Corporation in its USD 9.6 million project financing of a housing development project.
