Fred Ojiambo SC

Dr. Fred Ojiambo is the Chairman of the Senior Counsel Bar in Kenya. He has continuously been ranked in band 1 as a leading litigation practitioner and arbitrator. He acts as legal counsel in high profile criminal and civil cases. His acumen for cracking complex cases is unmatched and he continues to be instructed in leading complex commercial litigation and arbitration.

Successfully represented a multilateral organization in the Court of Appeal in a precedent setting case that clarified the issue of immunity for international organizations. Represented a respondent in a construction arbitration dispute valued at KES 3 billion. Represented a client at the income tax tribunal on a transfer pricing claim.
