Esther Kinyenje is an active member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya Branch and recently retired from membership of the board of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration. Her areas of practice include competition law, intellectual property and commercial disputes. She has carved a niche as legal counsel for employers in major trade and industrial relations disputes.
