Phillip is Head of the UK Chemical Sector group. He has extensive experience in minerals and waste/landfill matters.

He undertakes significant transactional work for major corporate occupiers, and project manages the real estate aspects of multi-jurisdictional corporate sales and acquisitions with values of up to £5bn. Phillip provides strategic advice on a daily basis to household names such as Stanley Leisure, Tarmac, Anglo American plc and United Utilities.

Phillip's recent experience includes;

•acting for Ineos Enterprises on the proposal to store 400 million cubic metres of gas underground in Cheshire;

•advising Stanley Leisure on the development of the UK's largest casino;

•advising on the real estate aspects of the sale of Phones 4 U,

•managing all real estate matters in connection with the sale of a major corporate client with an estimated value in excess of £5bn.

•acting on the real estate aspect of major corporate transactions such as the the acquisition of Toys R Us
