Phillip is head of Fox Williams' real estate team. He primarily advise overseas investors and developers investing into the London commercial real estate market. He also acts on behalf of a number of hotel owners and operators.

Phillip has over 25 years’ experience in acting for overseas investors into the London real estate market, primarily from the Middle East and Far East. A great deal of his work involves advising on ownership structures. He also has particular expertise in large scale development matters, as well as in acting for hotel owners in acquisitions, disposals and management agreements.

He has acted on the acquisition and development agreements for a number of significant developments in Central London and acts on behalf of developers in strategic and complex land acquisitions.

Phillip’s clients include overseas companies, sovereign wealth funds, entrepreneurs, and developers.

Phillip regularly travels to the Middle East and the Far East on business and has spoken on London real estate investment at international conferences and events.

He is a member of the firm’s partnership board, taking an active role in the day to day management and strategic direction of the firm.
