Liz Ruff

Liz has over 30 years' experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial property transactions. She advises on freehold and leasehold matters including portfolio asset management, investment acquisitions and disposals, corporate occupation, secured lending, property finance and general landlord and tenant issues. She also provides specialist advice to the firm’s corporate, fintech, professional services and fashion law teams.

Liz's clients include private individuals and investors, pension funds, private and public companies and property investment companies. She has significant experience in advising corporates on HQ relocations and in particular in advising technology sector clients.

Liz is a member of the firm’s professional services group and in that capacity has advised a significant number of law firms in relation to their UK real estate requirements as well as providing specialist advice to overseas law firms without UK real estate expertise.
