Sarah J Murray

Sarah is a commercial litigator with over 20 years’ experience in representing clients from across the UK and internationally in complex commercial disputes encompassing litigation, arbitration and mediation in a wide range of sectors and industries. She has a wealth of experience in international disputes (both court and arbitration based) and works regularly with lawyers and clients in other jurisdictions, co-ordinating and leading teams or providing support. Her clients range from large corporates to high-net-worth individuals. She has particular expertise in fraud related claims and cross border litigation (including obtaining urgent injunctive relief and orders to obtain information from third parties). She provides strategic expertise and commercially focussed advice aimed at resolving disputes quickly, effectively and commercially.

Sarah joined Fox Williams in 2025 from a leading regional firm where she led the disputes practice and the international practice. She regularly contributes articles and comment to both national and legal media.
