She advises on both B2B and B2C matters, offline and digital, and strategic, transformational projects right the way through to business-as-usual issues.
Lucy’s experience covers travel regulation, aviation regulation, digital regulation, outsourcing and technology projects, traveltech, SaaS, agency and franchise arrangements, online sales, supply chain and logistics, ground handling, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) agreements, airport agreements, and most other types of sale or supply contracts, from design and development through to operation, maintenance, and disposal.
She works with clients from every sector of the industry including airlines, travel agents (OTAs and offline), tour operators, travel distributors, hotels, cruise lines, aircraft manufacturers, aerospace and defence businesses, and disruptive technology companies.
Lucy has a wealth of experience in Government contracting and has a specialist interest in unmanned aviation as this industry continues to grow.
Lucy is recognised as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ for both travel and aviation in the UK Legal 500 and is a member of the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Committee at the Royal Aeronautical Society.
