Peter Scurlock

Peter is a construction and engineering partner within Eversheds Sutherland's Litigation and Dispute Management Group.

He has worked as a dedicated construction lawyer since qualifying in 1995 and has been a partner since 2003.

Peter can advise you across the full spectrum of construction and engineering law issues, including procurement strategy, choice of contract forms, building and engineering contracts, professional appointments, and performance security documentation. He can also assist you with complex bespoke multiparty agreements, including alliancing and other bespoke framework documentation.

Peter has worked on a number of the most strategically important and high-value capital projects in Europe, including new nuclear build power station developments, interconnector projects, offshore wind, biomass conversion, and other major energy and infrastructure developments. He works for clients across a number of sectors, with particularly strong experience in the energy and infrastructure, transport, and logistics sectors.

Outside of advising clients, Peter has spoken at a number of international energy sector conferences, and he has also had a number of articles published, including in the International Energy Law Review.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys singing, playing the piano, following football and playing golf.
