Peter O'Brien

Mr. O'Brien has extensive experiences in domestic and international capital markets Transactions, with emphasis on financings by power and energy companies. He serves as issuer's and underwriter's counsel to several utilities, has served as products counsel to investment banks and acted as US securities counsel for distribution and supply companies in Australia and the UK.
