Peter specialises in international tax and corporate tax planning, with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and public and private M&A. His clients include multinational groups in the private equity, energy, leisure / media and infrastructure sectors.

Peter has extensive international experience, in particular in relation to complex UK and European mandates. He also has significant expertise in advising sovereign wealth funds and advising on transactions in emerging markets, in particular China and South East Asia.
