Pauline Beaupré

Pauline is a rising star in the Investigations and White Collar Defence and Litigation practices. Pauline’s practice focuses on high-profile white-collar crime investigations and prosecutions. She has assisted a diverse range of local and international clients, including in prosecutions relating to white-collar offences, before various levels of courts. Pauline has also acted for clients in multijurisdictional investigations and in public inquiries. Prior to entering private practice, Pauline worked as a law clerk for the Honourable Justice Mélanie Hébert in the Criminal and Penal Division of the Court of Québec – an experience which gave her with a unique in-depth understanding of the inner workings of the judicial system, particularly with regard to the criminal and penal court processes.
