Paul Mourning is a co-chair in the New York office of Crowell & Moring's
Health Care Group.
Paul has a multidimensional practice focused on health care and nonprofit organizations, particularly relating to corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters. Clients include acute care, residential long-term care, home care, and hospice providers, as well as group health plans, managed care and other health insurance organizations.
In particular, he has significant experience in the establishment, financing, restructuring, and transfer of control of health care and nonprofit organizations, as well as in the disposition of assets and structuring and restructuring of joint ventures. Another focus is advising nonprofit organizations on governance matters that are unique to tax-exempt entities under federal and state law.
