Career

Eric Enson has successfully represented clients in some of the most complex international cartel investigations and antitrust class actions of recent years, including major jury trials. He has extensive experience responding to United States Department of Justice (DOJ) investigations of alleged collusion and follow-on civil litigation. In federal and state courts, Eric has obtained full-defense jury verdicts on claims of unlawful group boycotts and monopolization. Eric's experience extends to false advertising matters. He has handled the prosecution and defense of false advertising claims between competitors, and defended consumer class actions involving the marketing of various products.
