Kent A Gardiner

Kent Gardiner is a partner in Crowell & Moring’s Antitrust & Competition Group and former chair of the firm’s Strategic Growth committee. Kent's practice focuses on antitrust and other complex litigation, including class actions, antitrust/intellectual property cases, and multidistrict litigation. Trial counsel in antitrust and other complex cases for both plaintiffs and defendants, represents clients in grand jury investigations and other proceedings before the Department of Justice. Counsels and trains companies/trade associations. Served as chairman of Crowell & Moring from 2006 to 2015. Notable clients include Humana, DuPont, and a major railroad company.

Former trial attorney with the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice.
