Career
Paul Kennedy, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice, has extensive experience in trademark, counterfeit, trade name, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyright, license, assignments, advertising and right of publicity matters. Paul has handled the prosecution and defense of numerous infringement claims, including injunction actions in federal courts and opposition proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Additionally, he represents corporate and individual clients in intellectual property commercial issues, including licensing and asset purchase transactions.
