Paul Cotton

Paul is a Partner in our Employment, Labor and Pensions team and leads our Employment teams in Leeds and Manchester.

He specializes in the employment aspects of acquisitions and mergers transactions, with a focus on the industrial sector and global restructuring involving TUPE and redundancies. Paul also has a special interest in advising on executive terminations, restrictive covenants and industrial relations issues.

Paul regularly provides training to clients — both in-house and on external courses — and contributes to a variety of publications.
