Career
Paul Cho is a senior foreign attorney in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice advising on all employment and labor-related matters, including restructuring programs, collective bargaining negotiations, crisis management, discrimination and harassment, and civil and criminal litigation matters. Mr. Cho, who has extensive experience in Korea, including serving as general counsel for a large US multinational company in Korea, is known by colleagues and clients for his expertise and ability to “think outside the box” when assisting clients across all business sectors in reaching practical solutions. He has served on the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea and also appeared on Bloomberg TV discussing particular labor matters.
