Career

Hi Sun Yoon is an attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in finance matters including acquisition financing, project financing, ship financing, banking and other financial institutions. He also practices in insolvency and restructuring, overseas investment, real estate, marine & ocean industries, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. Mr. Yoon has extensive experience representing major banking institutions, investment banks, private equity funds, venture capitals, export credit agencies and financial advisors. He has also advised credit card companies, leasing companies, shipping, shipbuilding and ocean industries and securities companies.
