Career
An antitrust and competition specialist, Kee Hong Chun has represented multinational and domestic companies in connection with various antitrust issues concerning cartel matters, litigation, joint ventures, distribution arrangements, intellectual property and competitor collaborations. Mr. Chun has also defended substantial merger investigations and other civil and criminal investigations involving a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, online markets, super stores, chemicals, IT, aviation and heavy industries. Mr. Chun successfully represented Korea’s largest internet search engine in a Korea Fair Trade Commission (“KFTC”) investigation where the client made the first-ever successful application to resolve the investigation through the KFTC’s consent resolution system.
