Career
Yong-Ho Kim is an attorney at Kim & Chang’s Structured Finance Practice. Mr. Kim has extensive experience in a wide range of cross-border and domestic financial transactions, with an emphasis on asset securitization, ABCP conduit program, credit derivatives, real estate project financing, and development of new financial products. He also has extensive experience advising clients on insolvency and restructuring matters. Mr. Kim has been very closely involved in the development of Korean laws and regulations on asset securitization and related matters.
