Hyeon Deog Cho is a leading attorney of the Corporate Governance & Shareholder Disputes Practice of Kim & Chang, especially focusing on corporate governance improvement, corporate transformation including spin-off/split-off, holding companies, corporate and capital market transactions, corporate restructuring and insolvency, distressed M&As, and acquisition financing. He also has extensive experience in white collar crime defense. Mr. Cho served as an advisor to the Minister of Justice and Financial Services Commissions and completed an international lawyer program at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP’s New York office.
