Patty Eakes is a versatile trial lawyer who represents Fortune 500 companies and executives in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, and white-collar criminal defense. A former prosecutor, Patty is a preeminent trial lawyer and member of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. Her practice involves breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, patent infringement, securities fraud, copyright and trade secret claims, tax fraud, RICO violations, whistleblower, and employment discrimination and wage and hour cases. Patty also conducts internal investigations for private companies and government agencies.

Career

Patty is a founding member of Calfo Eakes. Prior to forming the firm, she was a King County Senior Deputy Prosecutor in both the Criminal and Civil Divisions from 1990 until 2006 where she prosecuted numerous high profile criminal cases.
