Molly Moriarty Lane, a partner in the litigation practice at Morgan Lewis, defends clients in class action lawsuits in the healthcare, retail, technology, and financial sectors, with a particular emphasis on advising health insurers in US federal and California state courts. She also handles general commercial dispute litigation in these industries. Co-chair of the firm’s class action litigation practice, Molly counsels clients in every stage of the litigation cycle.
