Michelle Park Chiu

Michelle Park Chiu is a seasoned trial lawyer who has tried multiple antitrust and complex commercial disputes in state and federal court as well as arbitration. She has tried jury and bench antitrust cases and defends clients facing allegations of price fixing, monopolization, and vertical restraints. She is also adept at representing clients in complex civil litigation, including breach of contract disputes and matters brought under California Business & Professions Code § 17200 (UCL). Michelle also has successfully argued before the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
